Know your criteria
ROI 30%+ after all fees, sales rank under ~100k in main categories, 3+ months of stable price, and you're not restricted from the brand.

Target (end caps, 70% off stickers), Walmart (hidden clearance via BrickSeek), Home Depot, Kohl's, TJ Maxx. Go early on markdown days.

Cashback cards, store rewards, Rakuten, gift card discounts. Each 5% saved goes straight to margin.

Prep and ship
FBA handles storage/shipping for a fee; label, poly-bag if required and ship boxes weekly. Or fulfill merchant-side for slower, bulky items.

Use a repricer when volume grows. Rebuy winners at the same stores; your best products become a repeat route.
