Buy pro gear, not hardware-store junk
Unger or Ettore 14" channel, scrubber, bucket, 6–12' extension pole, microfiber detail cloths and a scraper. ~$150. Add a water-fed pole with a DI resin filter (~$600) later for second-story glass without ladders.

Watch a few pro tutorials and practice on your own windows until you can do a standard pane streak-free in under 60 seconds. Speed is where the money is.
