3,000–4,000 PSI gas washer (4 GPM ideal), 16" surface cleaner, 50' hose, nozzles, and a soft-wash setup (downstream injector) for siding.

Learn soft washing
Siding and roofs are cleaned with a bleach/surfactant mix at low pressure. High pressure is for concrete only.

Price by square foot
Driveways ~$0.15–$0.30/sq ft, house wash $250–$600. Set a minimum job price of $150.

Market with before/afters
Film half-cleaned driveways. Post on Nextdoor, local Facebook groups and Instagram.
